Spending the first half of his career as a pharmacist, Andy Andrews brings a comprehensive knowledge of the administration of welfare benefit plans and their funding mechanics to BCI. Andy manages several large accounts and conducts benefit and compliance workshops for our clients’ HR staff members.

Jeff Andrews has been a driving force at Benefit Consultants, Inc. for nearly a decade. He currently acts as a managing partner, overseeing prospect evaluation, new business implementation and existing client administration.
Jeff’s expertise ranges from financial analysis to plan development and management, drawing upon his a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of benefits administration. He has diverse knowledge of alternative health care financing arrangements and compliance mandates.

Dayna Walker

Dayna Walker has 20 years of experience in the group insurance industry. Her strengths lie in her strong management and communication skills, and her vast experience in the areas of claims coding-processing, training, and auditing. Dayna serves as liaison between BCI clients and their insurers, HMOs, PPOs, TPAs and IPAs for problem resolutions and claims interventions. She is also responsible for conducting onsite group meetings and market research for new benefit plans.
